Grading Note:

No pins are consider "flawless" as these are handmade items. Grading pertains to the front face of the pin, not the sides or back. 

No refunds or exchanges on B+, B or C grade items as they are essentially sale price items. Refunds and exchanges for A grade pins accepted where the buyer pays the return shipping / fees and items are returned in the same condition they were issued in. Shipping and fees are not refundable. A grade items must be notified of a return / refund request within 14 days of purchase.

 Presales items are non-refundable as the money gathered is used to fund the pin production.

Deposit is a split payment to guarantee you a pin once in hand. It does not guarantee you a particular grade. You will choose your grade from the remaining pins available (after presales have been allocated) when you pay your balance. Your balance is the in-hand price of the grade you choose minus the €20 already paid. Shipping will be paid at the time of the balance being paid. Balance will be owed within 3 weeks of the pin arriving in hand (likely February). Failure to pay your balance will mean you will lose your deposit paid and your pin. Deposits are not refundable under any circumstances. 

Your balance will be requested via email to the email used to checkout for your deposit payment. Please always check your spam folders. You will be emailed once a week for 3 weeks as a reminder and you can pay your balance any time from the first notification.

In hand prices will range from €45-55 depending on the grade you choose.
