Insured Shipping

This listing is for parcels that wish to be insured AFTER already missing that option at checking. 

Please note, EACH pin requires a single insured payment. Max of x4 pins per parcel.

Insurance is through Petrichor Fae not a third party. 

Insurance claims must be made within 6 weeks of shipment. Notification of loss/damage/stolen parcels must be sent to petrichor.fae@gmail.com with the order number and screenshots of the tracking showing item as delivered/lost and. 

Petrichor Fae will investigate the lost/stolen/damaged item before issuing a full refund or replacement. If it has been determined that the item has been delivered to the correct address as per the shipping address provided by the customer or was attempted to be delivered but was not claimed, no claim will be validated.

Whethere refunded or replaced, the decision on compensation is solely with Petrhcor Fae.
