Grading Note:

No pins are consider "flawless" as these are handmade items. Grading pertains to the front face of the pin, not the sides or back. 

No refunds or exchanges on B+, B or C grade items as they are essentially sale price items. Refunds and exchanges for A grade pins accepted where the buyer pays the return shipping / fees and items are returned in the same condition they were issued in. Shipping and fees are not refundable. A grade items must be notified of a return / refund request within 14 days of purchase.

 Any resales items are non-refundable as the money gathered is used to fund the pin production.
