Shipping policy

Items will be shipped in protective bubble mailers or paper boxes. Items will ship in a timely manner on a weekday. No shipping on weekends. Labels may print prior to actual shipping due to time constraints. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update. All items are shipped via "Deustsche Post" unless otherwise stated. Domestic items are shipped using An Post.

Loss, damage or theft during postal service is not the responsibility of Petrichor Fae Shop. 

All items are quality checked before shipping and sold per the grade you purhcase. Once items are shipped the responsibility of the item no longer rests with Petrichor Fae. 

 

Untracked shipping is not possible.

Tracked shipping contains basic insurance up to €35.00 per An Post's website and Deutsche Post. Please note, Petrichor.Fae is not bound to replace or refund lost, stolen or damaged items from shipping.

Requests for replacement / refunds due to shipping damages or items that are lost, stolen or damaged will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by Genevieve Addison of Petrichor Fae. The decision to provide a refund, exchange, gift card or replacement is at the sole discretion of Genevieve Addison. 

In general any pin marked "LE" [Limited Edition] is not eligible for replacement with the same pin as the number of pins produced is limited and finite. Any pins marked "sold out" are not eligible for replacement with the same pin due to the sold out nature of them.

All Customs, Charges and Fees must be paid for by the buyer / customer. Failure to pay these and returned items will require shipping to be paid again by the customer.

Items will ship from Dublin, Ireland with Deusche Post or AnPost national postal service.
