Grading Note:

No pins are consider "flawless" as these are handmade items. Grading pertains to the front face of the pin, not the sides or back. 

A grade pins are listed as such, but may contain minor flaws as these are hand made items. (minor flaws = faint scratches, minor deviation of print, pinprick size under/over fill. These are visible to the naked eye under certain light conditions but do not impact the overall aesthetic or design of the piece). 

B grade items are listed as such. They may have more noticeable flaws vs A grades. These flaws will not be individually listed but may include (are are not limited to) scratches, under / over fill larger than 1mm, screen print deviation, dents. These flaws will not impact the aesthetic of the pin but may be noticeable in most lighting. 

C grade items are listed as such and will be few and far between. These items will contain flaws more noticeable than A or B grade pins. Flaws may include, but are not limited to, scratches, gouges, dents, under / over fill and screen print deviation that impacts the final design in all lighting. Flaws may be individually noted, but not necessarily.

No refunds or exchanges on B or C grade items as they are essentially sale price items. Refunds and exchanges for A grade pins accepted where the buyer pays the return shipping / fees and items are returned in the same condition they were issued in. Shipping and fees are not refundable. A grade items must be notified of a return / refund request within 14 days of purchase.
